Sara Gallagher has been practicing yoga for 15 years! Living her yoga for 10! “Life brought me to my mat! I was searching for an internal structure and a way of dealing with life. What I found is that the yoga practice worked on me exactly as I was! I didn’t need to be “better at anything” before it would work! I just needed to show up to my mat everyday! What I love about the practice is that I have progressively woken up through the years. The vehicle of yoga has led me towards awareness, mindfulness and meditation. I have been able to cultivate a more direct relationship and acceptance of my reality. The practice of yoga is a self- reliant healing system! It is one way of becoming at home in this vehicle of our body.”
Sara is owner and director of Moksha Yoga NDG, co-owner of Moksha Yoga Montreal and Moksha Yoga West Island. She can be found on her mat most days in NDG! She teaches with an intimate passion and a contagious love of life!
