The JGH Foundation is committed to supporting the Jewish General Hospital as it strives to provide superior medical treatment and compassionate care to patients of all backgrounds in Montreal, throughout Quebec and beyond.

Our just concluded "Power to Heal" Campaign has ensured the continuity of medical excellence. It has fuelled oustanding patient care, research and teaching for the ultimate benefit of the communities we serve and beyond. It has empowered and energized all of us - not only to dream about what could be, but also to do and accomplish today.

The impact of our donors' generosity is seen in our new and renovated facilities and state-of-the-art equipment, and felt through important patient programs and research that not only serve to extend our lives, but also to improve them, as well as provide the most vulnerable segments of our community with the care they need.

Even as we take stock of all that was accomplished through the "Power to Heal" Campaign, our eyes are already turning towards the future and the great promise it holds. Health care is in an era of rapid progress and evolution and in the upcoming year we will embark on an even more ambitious fundraising campaign to ensure that our fellow citizens from all over Montreal and Quebec reap the full benefits of these advances. Our current vital initiatives are part of our plan to build the hospital of the future with the very best people, equipment, facilities and programs to meet the changing and ever-increasing healthcare needs of Quebecers and overcome the challenges facing our healthcare system as a whole.
