Every day at the Jewish General Hospital, we strive to provide the Power to Heal for our patients, but we are also on a mission to heal the environment! Going green is just one of the many initiatives we are spearheading, and you can help us in our effort to become environmentally friendly by donating to the Foundation directly online. A greener option, it will result in lowering our printing and postage costs by fifty-five cents per donation. Just imagine; each online gift will save the Foundation 1 stamp, 1 envelope, 1 receipt slip and the cost of labour. With thousands of donations made each year, it certainly adds up! Moreover, the “green” that we save the environment also puts green back into the hospital’s coffers, which in turn is used to help supplement vital funding for research and patient programs within our institution.
